That I am 30 years internet user with my own domains and websites and I gave them my passport and driving. These guys’s brains are full of glume. Gift codes cannot be detected, and some people may exploit loopholes to defraud others of their coins.
My account got banned and even though it says I can make a one time withdrawal, it won’t let me! I am not disputing the ban because apparently I had another account I made a few months ago I had forgotten about. But you have no right to keep our money! I already made a request (251785) but no answer yet.. Very bad experience, they want you to share your personal info in a shame way…
Still in shock.After try to scam me I open dispute and WON dispute!! And my one year old account with 1000$ was banned permanently with no any explanation. They will send you links, saying they are payment confirmation. These are links to take all you money.
Re transaction LShT9JFyX7zA buyer did his very best to scam me, he opened a dispute as soon as I questioned how he supposedly sent the funds.He said he sent funds but did not provide any real proof, just some blurry screenshots which made no sense. He claimed Paxful blur them on purpose, LOL.He got very aggressive and rude in chat from this point on.Once I said I had provided a video of the banking app screen to moderators he backed off real quick and cancelled the dispute. He did not want to play any more. The BTC was released back to my wallet.If he did not cancel the dispute the outcome would then be in the hands of the moderators, i really have bad feelings about how this would have played out.
No genuine company would ask you to do this. DO NOT INVEST A PENNY with this company. Paxfull is shirking its responsibilities, if a btc seller scams you on their site and empties his wallet, paxfull does not refund anything and shirks the responsibility of their sellers that they host.I have lost 100€.. Avoid avoid they are trying to scam you they are trying to scared you to pay theme company even though you haven’t join to theme.

It’s hard to deal with the feelings of being cheated when you know that you are right and deserve justice. Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active. I had a 2FA security setup for both logging in and authorizing transactions but still somehow I got scammed through phishing. The person i was selling crypto to logged into my account account and released the crypto without sending me the money.Support offered zero help and my account ended up being frozen after I complained on their discord. This company should be able to receive zero ratings the vendors steal cards at their discretion with the help of the moderators even when you present every piece of information they still award the seller, trade at your own risk and if a moderator is needed and your the buyer just forget about it trust me.

If i notice this scammer is banned i will update this review. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Paxful. My crypto asset was released to a third party without any proper receipt or valid proof of payment from the sender. I opened a dispute and provided my evidence, but Paxful closed the case without allowing a real appeal.Worse, they refused to share any details about the buyer, such as their name or account number, which should be part of the transaction receipt. Their support was unhelpful, dismissive, and kept repeating the same copy-paste responses.This platform offers no real protection for sellers and leaves you vulnerable to fraud.

I’m deleting my paxful account no more saddness. A few days ago, while doing a transaction—selling bitcoin through my Paxful account—I ran into an issue with the 2FA authentication during the transfer. I got stuck halfway and couldn’t complete the transfer, which caused a dispute. It wasn’t intentional, but it happened because of the long wait for account verification when accepting the payment. After some time, I received an email saying that bitcoin had been transferred from my account, but I neither got the money back nor could I log into my account. When I tried to reset my password, it asked for 2FA, which I don’t know how to access.
Paxful platform is full of scammers and your right is easily lost

And then to top it all off they banned my account last month for no reason and then charged me $30 in bitcoin to close my account. They have been the worst experience ever with bitcoin and would never use again or recommend their platform. The seller first said that none of the codes were working, then 12 minutes later admitted that some codes started working. I provided full receipts (305 €), screenshots, and proof that I only received the cards shortly before the trade and had no other trades open that day. Despite this clear evidence, the moderator sided with the scammer. Very disappointing and unfair process.

When I complained about this, they stayed silent after banning my account. I don’t know if it is their own fraud tactics or if the platform is irresponsible to the customers. Please this site is not safe to trade bitcoin or gift cards because there are lots of scammers who claim to be a vendor. I lost $1600 on gift card trading on paxful. It’s highly not recommended.When you report the problem, moderator judge in favor of the rippers .
Very profitable to be have an account, i never believe it, i come have like someone that is missing road. But after everything i am very glad that i am here. This plantform is best for fast trade with honest people. So far the traders have been very good. In a few cases only, it has taken me longer then I wanted to order btc.
